Am gonna blog a little today. watched a dvd over the summer holidays called Band of Brothers, a show about World War II. Upon finishing watching all 10 episodes, i can't agree any further about how touching and meaningful the show is. It simply shows soldiers fighting for their lives and how much they cherish and appreciate each other even when they can't be assured of their own lives. It's quite an old show dating back to around 2001, but i'll still highly recommend this show to my friends. I believe it's a show which will not only touch you, but inspire and change you.(:

Gory, gory, what a hell of a way to die. [x3]

He ain't gonna jump no more.

Risers wrapped around his neck, connectors cracked his dome.
Suspension lines were tied in knots, around his skinny bones.
The canopy became the shroud he hurdled to the ground.
He ain't gonna jump no more.

He ain't gonna jump no more.
His blood went spurting high, his comrades they were heard to say, 'A hell of a way to die'.
He laid there rolling 'round in the welter of his gore.
He ain't gonna jump no more.
